This is the man that will win back the White House in 2012!
Marco Rubio for VP – 2012

“if the tea party favorite makes a strong debut and can win over establishment Republicans outside his home state, he could emerge an irresistible choice for the No. 2 spot on the GOP ticket in 2012.”
“At a recent fundraiser, Mitt Romney said Rubio — along with Govs. Chris Christie of New Jersey and Bob McDonnell of Virginia — would be on any nominee’s vice presidential short-list. And Texas Gov. Rick Perry placed a phone call to Rubio shortly before announcing his White House bid, the senator said.”

Al Gore unhinged during a speech to the Aspen Institute in Colorado on August 4, 2011:
‘They pay pseudo-scientists to pretend to be scientists to put out the message: ‘This climate thing, it’s nonsense. Man-made CO2 doesn’t trap heat. It may be volcanoes.’ Bullshit! ‘It may be sun spots.’ Bullshit! ‘It’s not getting warmer.’ Bullshit!” Gore exclaimed’

NBC dumps “Under God” from Pledge at U.S. Open.

Add your name to the Petiton going to NBC expressing your disgust with their blatent decision to remove God from the Pledge.

Whomever gets the GOP Presidential nomination would be wise to pick Marco Rubio (or Michele Bachmann, if she doesn’t get the nomination) as their running mate for Vice-President.

Quick answer: NO!

Lots of articles on this subject:

“Her deception is not overt evil that is easily recognized. She is being used by Satan and probably doesn’t even know it herself “
Oprah Winfrey: Friend or Foe

Be Careful of Oprah’s Spiritual Teachings
“…she promotes teach pantheism – God is all and all is God – and that there are multiple paths to reach God. She also emphasizes that people should carry out their inner longings instead of restraining themselves if the act is said to be a sin by the Bible.”

Is Oprah a Christian?

I will also point out that Oprah used to attend Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago – led by bigot and anti-semite Jeremiah Wright.

The Bible has much to say on this subject: 2 Timothy 3 “They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people. These are the kind of people who smooth-talk themselves into the homes of unstable and needy women and take advantage of them; women who, depressed by their sinfulness, take up with every new religious fad that calls itself “truth.” They get exploited every time and never really learn.”

I was very disappointed to see Tim Pawlenty pull out of the race. Maybe he can run again in 2020!

Camera capturing kids in cafeteria
San Antonio school unveiling cameras in lunchrooms

SAN ANTONIO (AP) – Smile, Texas schoolchildren. You’re on calorie camera.

“That’s the idea behind a $2 million project being unveiled Wednesday in the lunchroom of a San Antonio elementary school.
Health officials said high-tech cameras in the cafeteria will begin photographing what foods children pile onto their trays — and later capture what they don’t finish eating.
Digital imaging analysis of the snapshots will then calculate how many calories each student scarfed down. Officials said the technology is so advanced it will correctly identify a half-eaten pear on a tray.
Denise Jones of the Social and Health Research Center said the project is the first of its kind in the nation. It’s being funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Five San Antonio schools will take part in the program.”
